I am passionate about achieving global health equity and believe that the mission, goals and program design of the GHC fellowship program serve as an excellent opportunity to do just that.

Amy Blauman grew up in Wenatchee, Washington. She has spent the last six years living outside the United States studying, teaching and volunteering in parts of Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. In December, Amy completed her Master of Public Health and spent the final semester of her graduate studies working in Rwanda with DelAguaHealth, Rwanda’s Tubeho Neza health campaign. She completed her bachelor’s degree in global studies and French language and literature at Pacific Lutheran University. Amy spent a semester studying abroad during her undergraduate years in Geneva, Switzerland where she studied public health and development at the School of International Training.
