I believe that healthcare is a human right that underlies a person’s ability to fully participate in society. Our generation has a unique opportunity to work together to develop innovative solutions that will further enable health access across societies.

Julia Fenelon was born and raised in Sugar Land, Texas. She attended Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. where she received a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Healthcare Management and Policy. While at Georgetown, she studied abroad in Denmark where she worked with the Disabled Peoples Organization Denmark to research and write analysis exploring the impact of primary care checklists for the Danish intellectually disabled population. After graduating, Julia worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Strategy& in New York City in its Health New Entrants & Innovators consulting practice. While in this role, she assisted non-traditional healthcare entities in developing strategies to enter the healthcare market and advised traditional healthcare companies on successfully adapting to the evolving market. In her free time, Julia can be found running half marathons, skiing, participating in Best Buddies International, and listening to Texas country music.
