The Global Health Corps staff consists of a small team based in New York City, and regional program staff members based in our East Africa and Southern Africa hubs. Interns also play an important role in the Global Health Corps community. We offer school-year and summer internships in our NYC office, and are always on the lookout for passionate young people eager to get involved in our work. Internship opportunities include program, operations, fundraising, and communications support. Open positions will be posted as they become available.
“I have learned a lot about managing a non-profit and the amount of work that goes into supporting a community of people. I feel that the most important part of my internship is directly experiencing the management of a non-profit, and working on specific tasks that are crucial to the organization. In many ways, this made the internship feel more involved and “real-life”, as we were given real experiences as opposed to spending a summer in an office making coffee and copies.” – Lillian, 2011 Summer Intern
