A native of Ndola, Zambia, Encyla Chisha is passionate about the provision of quality data management for decision-making to improve health service delivery in underserved communities. Prior to joining GHC, Encyla worked as a Strategic Information Assistant under USAID, providing monitoring and evaluation of HIV services at Kanakantapa Rural Health Center. Additionally, she worked as a Research Assistant for the Planned Parenthood Association of Zambia. In her spare time, Encyla loves to read educational and personal development books and listen to music.
