Prior to joining GHC, Rose served with the Peace Corps from 2017-2019 as the NGO Advising Volunteer in the Republic of Georgia. In this position, she advised, trained, and collaborated with local community members to build individual and organizational capacity in an effort to inspire more effective programs, outreach, and civic engagement. Before engaging in her Peace Corps service, Rose acted as in-house legal counsel for a health care research and analytics nonprofit start-up located in Washington, D.C., building its legal operations from the ground up. She joined GHC with several years of experience supervising and managing complex compliance and legal matters for nonprofit organizations. Rose holds a juris doctorate from George Mason University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in history, summa cum laude, from Boston University.
Fun Fact: Growing up, Rose’s dream job was to become a documentary filmmaker. She’s a self-proclaimed Anglophile, so she would make excellent films on all things British!
