Prior to joining GHC, Yvonne was the Senior Human Resource Officer at the Institute for Health Measurement Southern Africa on a project aimed at strengthening health systems in public health facilities. Her background is in HR operations, specifically; performance management, talent acquisition, staff retention, motivation, and development in non-governmental organizations; supporting Zambia and remotely working with other countries namely; Malawi, Botswana, and Zimbabwe.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration, an MBA in Management Strategy, and a postgraduate diploma in Human Capital Management. She loves working for organizations whose work is centered on improving people’s lives in one way or another as this aligns with her personal values.
Fun Fact: Yvonne is a fan of Tupac. She says if her life were a movie, Tupac’s music would be its soundtrack.
