Through a highly selective process, GHC recruits and places young professionals from 13 countries across Sub-Saharan Africa to serve for 13 months in high-impact roles on the front lines of global health. Currently, GHC places fellows in Malawi, Rwanda, Uganda, and Zambia. Each year, we’re inspired and amazed by the passion of thousands of applicants, of whom we can accept just 2-3%. GHC places fellows within high-impact health organizations and Ministries of Health in Malawi, Rwanda, Uganda, and Zambia to fill critical roles, from supply chain and data analysis to program implementation and policy and advocacy. Working in co-fellow pairs, fellows learn and contribute in these roles.
