Kyla Botsian is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and serves as an Associate Public Health Consultant at BME Strategies. In this role, Kyla collaborates with local public health professionals across 111 cities and towns in Central and Western Massachusetts, supporting communities ranging from small towns with fewer than 100 residents to cities exceeding 40,000. Her work focuses on helping public health teams identify their strengths and address community needs effectively.

Since joining BME Strategies in September 2024, Kyla has played a key role in collaborating with municipalities across Massachusetts to complete the Foundational Public Health Services Review, advancing local public health capacity and services.

Deeply committed to health equity and social justice, Kyla continually expands her knowledge to better understand the evolving public health landscape and its effects on diverse populations. Through data-driven initiatives and community engagement, she aims to foster lasting change that empowers individuals and strengthens health systems.
