Anna Tallmadge was born and raised in Vermont. She recently graduated from Stonehill College where she created her own major in interdisciplinary global health. During her undergraduate studies, Anna completed a year abroad in India, Vietnam, South Africa, and Nepal studying the intersection of health, culture, and community while investigating overarching themes of globalization and development. Prior to joining GHC, Anna served as a project coordinator in rural Tanzania with a nonprofit agricultural development organization called the 2Seeds Network. In this role, she collaborated with a diverse group of subsistence farmers to implement a profit-generating poultry-keeping business. Anna is unabashedly multi-passionate with interests ranging from endurance running and mountaineering to backcountry construction and bluegrass music.
