Celine Hirwa comes from the Rusizi District in Rwanda where she has used technology and data-driven research to engage in advocacy to prioritize the well-being of communities. Prior to joining GHC, Celine served as a data analyst at Rwacof, a data science intern at Rwanda Biomedical Center, and an Informatics Professional at IntraHealth International/USAID Ingobyi where she developed an advanced skill set for extracting and interpreting data for the broader public. Celine enjoys the occasional movie and you may find her stuck in a book when she isn’t too busy.
