Edgar Obuluk hails from Soroti, Uganda. Prior to joining GHC, Edgar worked as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Volunteer with Catholic Relief Services in a health project. He provided technical support to the Ministry of Health, Uganda to rapidly address gaps in pediatric and adolescent HIV care. In his free time, Edgar enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, playing sports, volunteering with humanitarian organizations, and community involvement.
