Ehsan is an Insights Analyst working at the intersection of health care research, policy development, and coverage programs. He is currently leading monitoring, evaluation, and reporting for innovative health care access programs in San Francisco. In this role, Ehsan leverages real-world data to strengthen health systems, address health equity gaps, and guide data-driven decision making. Ehsan has led the development of analytical frameworks and predictive models to assess the potential impacts of policy changes and health care interventions on key health outcomes. Recently, he synthesized evidence for cross-cutting reform initiatives, which highlighted how delivery models and population factors influence health care utilization. Ehsan is currently evaluating strategies to maximize the impact of health system investments addressing health disparities and social determinants of health. As a GHC fellow, Ehsan is excited to embrace new perspectives, collaborate with emerging leaders, and accelerate public health innovation.
