Elly Kiiza was born in Kanungu, Uganda. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mbarara University of Science and Technology, Uganda. After completing his degree, he joined Vatican Foresters Ltd as a field supervisor for five months and acquired a certificate in first aid from AAR Insurance Ltd. He then earned a certificate in community health from the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation where he become passionate about and started promoting health awareness and sensitization in rural communities as a village health team member.
