Author: Jafari Bulembo

Jafari was born and raised in Dar es Salaam,Tanzania. He completed his undergraduate studies at the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply UK, based at the Institute of Procurement and Supply in Dar es Salaam. After graduating he worked with the Institute of Procurement and Supply as an assistant auditor for five months before moving to the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) where he worked on capacity building in the government sector.
