Author: Jean Bernard Ndayishimiye

Jean Bernard Ndayishimiye is from Kigali, Rwanda. He attended the College of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, University of Rwanda where he majored in agriculture and minored in food science and technology. Jean Bernard also received a Chinese Government Scholarship for a master’s program in food science and technology at Jiangnan University. Through Global Fund Project, he coordinated a subproject which aimed to ameliorate the nutrition status of people living with HIV and children under the age of five. He also served as a research associate at Jiangnan University, operations manager of FarmFresh Food Company, and assistant lecturer of nutrition at the Eden Institute in Lusaka, Zambia. Before joining GHC, Jean Bernard worked with Catholic University of Rwanda as visiting lecturer of nutrition.
