oseph Kalibbala is a native of Kampala, Uganda. Prior to joining GHC, Joseph worked for three years with Reach Out Mbuya Parish HIV/AIDS Initiative as the Research and Quality Improvement (QI) Specialist and later on with the Monitoring and Evaluation team. As a QI specialist, he introduced strategic approaches to improve the quality of patient care. Previously, Joseph completed a yearlong clinical nursing internship at Mulago National Referral Hospital. He holds a postgraduate diploma in monitoring and evaluation and a bachelor’s degree in nursing.
