She manages and analyzes the RHInnO Ethics database, linking research submissions to the NHRA and ensuring alignment with national priorities. Additionally, Mubanga is a passionate advocate for ethical health research and has led numerous capacity-building initiatives to improve research quality across the country. Her management of the 10th Annual Zambia Health Research Conference in 2022, which brought together researchers, policymakers, and healthcare professionals, stands as a key accomplishment in her career.
