Rachel Erickson is originally from St. Cloud, Minnesota. Since 2014, Rachel has been working as an Operations Assistant with Ocean Park Community Center (OPCC), one of the largest providers of social services to the homeless population in West Los Angeles. Rachel completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles where she majored in global health and minored in psychology. While at University of Southern California, she traveled to Lima, Peru and central Ghana working to administer basic healthcare and public health education through mobile clinics. Rachel has interned with the USC Institute for Global Health and has also worked with various globally focused non-profit organizations. She is an avid hiker and enjoys spending her free time exploring the outdoors.
