Hailing from Lilongwe, Malawi, Sunge Makawa is committed to promoting equity and addressing the social determinants of health outcomes. Prior to joining GHC, Sunge worked as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at World Vision where she led the Indoor Residual Spraying Project. Most recently, Sunge worked as a Research Assistant for the Institute for Applied Computational Science at Harvard University. In her free time, Sunge enjoys listening to music and traveling.
