Thaddée hails from Western Rwanda. He is a community health activist and a leading voice of healthcare industry transformation to better serve impoverished and vulnerable populations. Prior to joining GHC, he worked for Kageno Worldwide focusing on the implementation of primary healthcare. Additionally, he worked in a tertiary hospital as a nurse in charge of providing holistic care and advancing quality improvement and research initiatives. Thaddée was selected as the Non-Communicable Disease Volunteer Champion in 2016 and was a founding member of the Africa Nurses and Midwives Network in 2020. In his free time, he enjoys going out with his friends and playing sports.
