Prior to joining GHC, Simon worked for Japan International Cooperation Agency where he managed the volunteer program, facilitating the development of projects in public health and HIV/AIDS, and developing tools for security and safety of volunteers. Simon also managed office ICT infrastructure, procurement, contracts for volunteers’ accommodation, and general logistics. Simon holds a bachelor’s degree in humanities from the University of Malawi where he was the President of Chancellor College Health Network, a student organization responsible for HIV/AIDS awareness. He was awarded a National Bank of Malawi Best Student Award for Faculty of Humanities.
