Anitha Ndekezi hails from Rwanda. Her purpose is to, in any small way, help people have better access to health services. Prior to joining GHC, Anitha worked as a doctor at Kibagabaga District Hospital. Additionally, Anitha completed an internship with Sanejo/Ygap in helping teachers and students with their English. She also worked with CIAT, studying Anthropometrics in a national survey on stunting and malnutrition. Anitha received her bachelor’s degree in general medicine from the University of Rwanda. Her hobbies are reading, travelling and the arts, most especially dancing. Anitha was motivated by the opportunity to become a transformative leader, hence having a positive outcome on her community.
