Carol excels at producing insightful research reports that inform effective impact, assist team development, and foster key partnerships. Her leadership in crafting annual work plans and strategic programs contributes to the overarching goal of health equity. Notable milestones include expertly managing departmental budgets and resource allocation for various research projects, resulting in the flawless implementation of the annual budget. Through mentoring junior researchers and coordinating interactive training sessions, such as Intermediate Operational Research Trainings and Introduction to Research seminars, she has significantly boosted overall team performance and refined research techniques.
