Daisy is from Mukono, Uganda. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Makerere University, with a focus on Development Economics. While at university, she interned with the Rukungiri district’s local water department to develop a more efficient and effective data management system. After graduating, she proceeded to join World Vision Uganda’s Water Sanitation and Hygiene project, as part of their monitoring and evaluation team that aimed to improve community access to safe water, improve the functionality of sanitation facilities, and to promote good hygiene. Daisy completed her Master’s degree in Economic Policy and Planning and is a member of the Uganda Statistical Society. When she has free time, Daisy enjoys watching movies, traveling, and meeting new people.
