Gracious Ahumuza hails from Kampala, Uganda. Prior to joining GHC, Gracious was a Nutrition Consultant for the United States Agency for International Development's Maternal Child Health Nutrition Project under FHI 360. She also worked with Action Against Hunger to improve maternal and child health nutrition for refugees in the Bidibidi settlement camp. Additionally, Gracious was awarded the title of Early Career Researcher by the International Union of Nutritional Sciences for her outstanding research accomplishments in nutrition health. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading novels, and watching TV series.
