James Cauthen was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. Recently, James has primarily worked in community and hospital pharmacies in various capacities. Prior to joining GHC, he was a senior pharmacy technician specialist for the Specialty Pharmacy at Vanderbilt University Medical Clinic. James worked directly with clinical staff and patients in the Pediatric Endocrinology clinic where his primary responsibilities included researching and obtaining foundation assistance to help patients pay for their medications. James completed his undergraduate degree in liberal studies with concentrations in biology, psychology and civil and urban planning at Middle Tennessee State University.
