Author: Jane Nakanwagi

Jane Frances Nakanwagi is from Mukono, Uganda. She graduated from Makerere University with a degree in economics. Jane later joined the Uganda Red Cross Society in Mukono as a community worker creating awareness about HIV/AIDS and water and sanitation activities within her community. Jane also worked with the Uganda National Bureau of Statistics as a supervisor for the National Population and conducting monitoring and evaluation work at Housing Census and USAID-Strengthening Decentralization for Sustainability Program in partnership with IntraHealth. She participated in various health systems strengthening activities carried out by IntraHealth in 112 districts. In her free time, Jane loves to swim and read novels.
