Priscilla Kapombe hails from Lusaka, Zambia. She is passionate about health research, as she believes it is the best way to promote more proactive health solutions. Most recently, Priscilla was a biomedical scientist at the Ministry of Health. She was also a lecturer at South Valley University and a consultant researcher at the USAID Discover Health Project. She has witnessed gender inequality in both her personal and professional life, and she aspires to mentor young women and help them dream big, beyond their circumstances. In her free time, Priscilla likes to read, cook, sing, and take spontaneous road trips. She holds a Master of Science from the University of Zambia.
