Susan hails from Lilongwe, Malawi. She is very passionate about designing and developing innovative ways to lead change in rural and vulnerable communities. Prior to joining GHC, she worked on impact evaluation and data quality assurances with the Humanitarian Emergency Affairs Department. As the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Susan ensured that local leaders were adhering to standard operating procedures for targeted food and cash livelihood support and established a toll-free line to handle community cases of abuse and exploitation. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and listening to music.
