Bernard Flodium Banda hails from Mchinji, Malawi. He is a Monitoring and Evaluation professional who likes to find new ways to promote efficiency and inclusivity in development interventions. Prior to joining GHC, Bernard was a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at PSI Malawi and a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager at Mary’s Meals Malawi. While working with Mary's Meals, he spearheaded a project to strengthen systems and processes that involved the design and implementation of an electronic data collection system. The project led to the adoption of SurveyCTO as a platform for impact assessment data collection for both Malawi and Zambia School Feeding Programs. Bernard holds a Bachelor of Science in physical planning from the University of Malawi, Polytechnic. In his free time, Bernard enjoys playing video-games and spending time with family and friends.
