Enisa Sande was born and raised in Blantyre, Malawi. She attended the Catholic University of Malawi where she majored in social work and minored in political leadership. Enisa volunteered at Malawi AIDS Counseling and Resource Organization where she was exposed to challenges and injustices that people living with HIV/AIDS face. She counseled victims of stigma and discrimination and discordant couples, and empowered clients to live positively. After completing her studies, Enisa worked with Riders for Health where her role was monitoring the progress of a sample transportation program in collaboration with the Ministry of Health. Enisa is very outgoing, cheerful, and enjoys learning what motivates others and helping them perform at their highest level.
