Author: Haswel Mulenga

Hazwel Mulenga was born and raised in Lilongwe, Malawi, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in human nutrition and food science from Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR). Most recently Haswel worked with Ministry of Health as a district nutritionist before receiving a Master of Science in human nutrition at LUANAR. Haswel also worked with Nkhoma Hospital on scaling up their nutrition project where he was working with legume growing farmers and ensuring their good health. While at Nkhoma Hospital, he initiated a system to track health volunteers in order to avoid cheating and cooking data.
