Priscilla is from Kigali, Rwanda. She completed her undergraduate studies at The School of Finance and Banking in Kigali, where she majored in Business Administration and Finance. She has also undergone Web-based training in implementing gender mainstreaming into management processes, in sustainable business and in project management. Priscilla has gone through several human rights training sessions with Global Youth Connect and one of the founders of the Rotaract Club of The School of Finance and Banking. She served as the director of both vocational and international services for the Rotaract Club and participated in a project that catered to patients at hospitals and paid school fees for vulnerable children. She also volunteered with the Youth Association for Human Rights Promotion and Development (AJPRODHO), a human rights NGO that looks at issues like gender-based violence and domestic violence. Priscilla enjoys being in youth groups and is an ambitious person.
