Health equity means having access to affordable health care services for all, irrespective of gender, race or ethnicity and maximizing factors that influence health i.e. employment, housing and food access in order to improve the well-being of people.

Ronald hails from Monze, Zambia. He is strong advocate for health equity and supporting sustainable and healthy populations. Prior to joining GHC, Ronald worked for PRS 365 Limited as a Project Coordinator, working on projects under UNICEF that aimed to reduce vulnerability factors among marginalized households. Additionally, Ronald worked as a tutor for undergraduate students at the University of Zambia who were focused on health research, monitoring and evaluation, and data analysis. In his free time, he enjoys reading and watching football.
