Currently based in Seattle, Washington Iona Tsui serves as Associate Manager and Consultant at Riparian, an Envision Pharma Group company where her work consistently centers on improving market access for pharmaceutical drugs. Her efforts influence patients’ coverage and access to medicines, particularly those insured through Medicare, Medicaid, and the VA health care systems. In her current role, Iona advances efforts that improve health system performance and patient outcomes by developing tools and leveraging technology for data analytics, forecasting, pricing calculations, and operational efficiency.

Prior to her current role, Iona is proud of her contributions as an intern and external consultant for the WHO European Region’s Ageing and Health division, where she developed a lasting connection to global health policy and aging issues. 

Iona defines leadership by the ability to create meaningful, positive change. She draws inspiration from a profound reflection on success: “What is success?
