Jean Claude Habineza is from Kigali, Rwanda. He holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Rwanda, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, School of Public Health in human nutrition and dietetics. Previously, he worked as community mobilizer and educator on nutrition and behavior change at the Kirehe Health Center. He also has experience as a data collection, entry, and management worker with UNICEF Rwanda, working on a baseline survey that investigated the accelerating stunting reduction among children under two years old in eight districts in Rwanda. While completing an internship at World Relief Rwanda, Habineza participated in monitoring, evaluating, and implementing health, nutrition and development programs. Before joining GHC, Jean Claude volunteered as a nutrition officer at Avega-Agahozo.
