Kirsten Zook
U.S. Programs Senior Coordinator

As the US Programs Senior Coordinator, Kirsten drives the US Leadership Accelerator forward—designing innovative programming while building meaningful connections with fellows and alumni. Her career spans more than a decade in community engagement and public health, anchored by a steadfast commitment to health equity, maternal and child wellbeing, and inclusive program design.

Her path has included impactful work with the March of Dimes, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and community organizations in Uganda. As a full-spectrum doula, she champions the power and dignity of birthing people, bringing this spirit of compassionate empowerment to all her work. Her belief in fostering collaborative, community-driven change shines through in everything she does.

Beyond work, Kirsten finds joy in poetry, gardening, coffee-shop hopping with her family, and showcasing her surprisingly professional hula-hooping skills—a talent she learned through actual college courses! In both work and play, she brings the same blend of creativity, intention, and heartfelt connection.
