The Development Manager plays a key role in advancing Global Health Corps’ mission by cultivating and stewarding relationships with a portfolio of donors, prospects, and institutional partners. Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, they oversee donor engagement strategies, create compelling communications in collaboration with the Communications team, and supervise a Development Coordinator.

This role manages donor systems and analytics in Salesforce, ensuring effective moves management and data accuracy. The Development Manager also supports board engagement and fundraising events, working closely with the CEO and Senior Director to ensure an exceptional experience for donors and stakeholders.
