Blantyre native and trailblazer Alice Banda is driving effective change as a Sample Transport Coordinator at R4H. With a keen eye for innovation, she successfully opened a branch office in Mzuzu, significantly enhancing the organization’s reach across Malawi. Her strategic use of social media platforms, such as WhatsApp, has strengthened communication and improved adherence among team members and partners. Additionally, Alice's ability to optimize frequently used transportation routes has refined operational efficiency, resulting in notable fuel savings. Her contributions to the continuous enhancement of healthcare logistics have not gone unnoticed, showcasing her dedication to progress in her field and inspiring others within the organization. She has left a lasting impression on R4H's mission and the communities it serves.
