I believe health is a human right—that each of us deserve an opportunity for a healthy life regardless of our sex or our place of birth.

Amy Roll is from Salt Lake City, Utah. She attended the University of Puget Sound where she pursued a degree in French, international relations, and international business. While in college, Amy spent a summer in Saint-Louis, Senegal volunteering as a French teacher at a local kindergarten and a center for orphaned children where she helped institute weekly soccer matches. Most recently, Amy worked in PATH’s Advocacy and Public Policy department as a policy assistant. Amy assisted PATH’s policy efforts to improve the coordination of global health programs in the United States and to secure resources and funding for maternal and child health, immunization, and research and development global health programs. Amy loves skiing, hiking, playing soccer, cooking, and reading with her book club.
