Angella Pink Deborah Nantale hails from Kampala, Uganda. Over the years, she has worked closely with different communities where these evils prevail. Prior to GHC, Angella was a Monitoring and Evaluation officer at Reach Out Mbuya Parish HIV/AIDS Initiative. She was part of the strategy and fundraising committee that organized, coordinated and executed the charity run which raised enough funds to see 200 children affected by HIV/AIDS through school. Angella was also part of a group that wrote and won a grant for a community mobile application to ease distribution of Antiretroviral Therapy. In her free time, she enjoys swimming. Angella believes health equity is social justice in health and no one should be denied the possibility to be healthy for belonging to a group that has historically been economically or socially disadvantaged.
