Benjamin Hartigan is from Chicago, IL. He attended the University of Illinois in Champaign where he studied architecture. After graduating in 2008, Ben worked as a fellow with Boulder Associates Architects on the research, analysis, and development of healthcare facilities. Under the guidance of Boulder Associates, Ben pursued the research and design of a modular mobile healthcare unit and healing garden for rural Zimbabwe. Always eager to gain new experience in the ?eld of architecture, he joined Lake Flato Architects in San Antonio, where he worked on multiple residences and a winery. More recently, Ben has received his Masters in Architecture from the University of Virginia, where he focused on the relevant reuse of urban industrial sites.
