Benjamin is from Rwanda. As an undergraduate at the University of Rwanda, Benjamin studied veterinary medicine and founded One Health Students' Club. The club aims to drive transformational change for the continuous improvement of health for humans, animals, and ecosystems through multidisciplinary research, training and community service. Upon graduation, Benjamin was recruited as a tutorial and research assistant by the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Rwanda. Prior to joining GHC, he gave public health related lectures and was a staff member of One Health Students’ Club in Central and Eastern Africa.
