Brian Ahimbisibwe hails from the Kabale District of rural Southwestern Uganda. He is a health program beneficiary turned programmer and implementer. Prior to joining GHC, Brian was an intern at the Medical Research Council and Uganda Virus Research Institute, recruiting participants for a vaccine trial study and sensitizing the community on HIV/AIDS. He was also an Ambassador at Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. Brian is passionate about advocacy and enjoys reading and cleaning his shoes.
