Caila Brander hails from Normal, Illinois and recently has lived in Washington, DC and London, England. She is a fierce advocate for reproductive justice and approaches her work through a gender equity lens. Prior to GHC, Caila developed mHealth solutions for maternal health at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She also worked as a Reproductive Health Policy Researcher at the National Women’s Health Network. Caila completed her Master of Science in Reproductive and Sexual Health Research at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She enjoys jogging, hiking, and exploring in her free time but you can also find her curling up with a cup of tea and a good book.
