As an architect, health equity outlines a base standard of what each habitable space should resemble to promote the well-being of its users whilst not compromising on design and culture.
Originally from Eldoret, Kenya, Carolyne Chelimo Bor is a justice-oriented architect who believes in the necessity of equitable health for a society to realize its fullest potential. Prior to joining GHC, Chelimo volunteered with organizations such as Rotaract and Slum Architects Association as a project designer and showroom coordinator in order to advance their respective missions of social justice and health equity. In her free time, Chelimo enjoys creating crafts and traveling.
