Catherine Amulen is from the Soroti district in Uganda. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Kyambogo University where she studied human nutrition and dietetics. After graduating, Catherine used her nutrition expertise to support undernourished individuals, especially children, by creating modified recipes for healthy meals using locally available foods in the communities. She then went on to receive a degree in project planning and management from Uganda Management Institute. Since 2013, Catherine has been working with the Uganda Heath Marketing Group on health marketing as well as working with the Good Life Network franchise.
