Catherine Vaughan comes to the Global Health Corps from the Bridgespan Group, a nonprofit consulting firm, where she advised nonprofit leaders on management and strategy issues. At Bridgespan, Catherine played a role in designing an international program supporting social entrepreneurs and produced research and diagnostic tools related to nonprofit performance management, organizational capacity, and scalability. Prior to Bridgespan, Catherine graduated with honors from Harvard College with a BA in History and Literature. Her Russian language and literature studies took her to St. Petersburg for a summer, where her experience working at a children’s rights agency and center for street children first sparked her interest in global health equity. In her spare time, Catherine enjoys singing and teaching music, running, and cooking.
