Charles is from Bundibugyo, Uganda. He served as an advocate at World Harvest Mission Bundibugyo, working on issues such as food access for mothers and children and the prevention of mother to child transmission of HIV. He completed his undergraduate degree in social work and social administration and Master of Public Health from Makerere University. Charles is also a mentor to young people in youth ministry focusing on overcoming denominational boundaries.
