Christine spent much of her childhood in Uganda, but has also lived and studied in Kenya, England, France and Switzerland. Prior to joining GHC, Christine worked for Total E&P in Uganda, a major international oil and gas exploration company, where she worked as a project coordinator. Christine completed her undergraduate studies in International Relations at the Geneva School of International Relations and Diplomacy. While in school, Christine worked with the HIV Code of Good Practice initiative at the International Federation of the Red Cross in Geneva as a Communications Assistant. She also worked with Chanel SA in Paris as a Press Relations assistant and with the Executive for the African Medical and Research Foundation in London as a Communications and Programmes Assistant. Christine was inspired to work in global health by her mother, who has been an HIV/AIDS activist for many years.
